Thank you for your support of the first round of our studio re-openings.
We’re excited to share that we are opening the following location on Monday, July 6th:
All of our locations will be opening with:
updated safety procedures
updated reservation, cancellation and waitlist policies
Advanced bookings will be required and open for reservations on Sunday, July 5.
Before you can reserve for a class, you will need to reactivate your pack or membership. Please contact email@example.com to reactivate your pack or membership. If you reserve, but can no longer attend, please cancel your reservation online more than 12 hours before your class to allow another guest the opportunity to practice.
Whenever we have an update to share about our remaining locations, you’ll be the first to know.
The plan below outlines for you our standards of health and safety, as well as new procedures and policies that you need to know about before you come see us.

Mandatory health screening & etiquette
Health screening for guests, teachers and team members is required. Only those who meet requirements and follow mandatory safety guidelines are permitted.
If you show any signs of illness while present in the studio (for example, coughing) or you do not follow our safety protocols, we will ask you to leave.
Reduced capacity & focused scheduling
Capacities reduced to give the required 6 feet space in between each mat. Markers identify where to place your mat. Focused scheduling allows more time in between classes for increased cleaning.
High touch areas are regularly and thoroughly cleaned using a hospital grade disinfectant that is known to kill viruses. Classroom floors and high touch areas like switches and handles will be disinfected after each class. Changing rooms will be disinfected after sign in. Team members will wear gloves when cleaning.
Protection of staff
We’ve provided optional gloves and face masks for team members. Teams have been provided with additional health, safety and personal hygiene training prior to working in the studio.
No props will be available and classes will be offered with this in mind.
Tea lounge spaces, showers, saunas and water fountains remain closed.
Tea service, mat and towel rentals are temporarily discontinued.
Our boutiques are open during our studio hours.

Personal Protective Equipment If you wish to wear this, you are welcome and encouraged to do so.
No Walk-ins; Advanced Booking Only You must pre-register for class online. Bookings open 6 days prior and are first-come, first-served.
New Class Cancellation Policy As we are offering limited spots for booking, we now require guests to cancel reservations they cannot attend more than 12 hours before the start of class.
New Waitlist Policy If it’s outside of the 12 hour cancellation window and you’re next on the waitlist, you’ll be added to class automatically if someone cancels. Once you’re added, our cancellation policy

We will be selling all of our studio props at 50% off to our students that wish to have for their own use or a home practice. Until we are able to offer studio props for us in the studio you will be required to bring your own to class.
