Featured training #4: Functional Anatomy for Yoga Teachers with Tina Templeman
The study of anatomy as a yoga practitioner is meant to inform you of the basics of your body’s systems so you can apply the information in your teaching and in your own practice effectively. We will explore anatomy through the lens of the everyday aches, injuries, and misalignments, learning the biomechanics to address common issues that will show up in your yoga classroom. Tina’s fun, interactive and a multi-layered process of teaching anatomy will allow you to embody what you learn and create a deeper, inner-knowing of the mechanics of your body and how yoga benefits it all. The credits for this weekend immersion qualify for 15 Hours CEU with the Yoga Alliance. Learn More
