Explore the foundations of Tai Chi and pressure point techniques with Collin and Djazia. You’ll take home a self-care practice that you can perform on your own whenever you need tension relief. We’ll learn an original Tai Chi form that consists of 8 movements and how to activate key pressure points of your body.

This is a gentle and slow flowing practice that stretches the ligaments, muscles, and organs to promote energy flow. No experience is necessary. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring your yoga mat.

About Djazia Belhocine:

Djazia originates from the Amazigh indigenous tribe of North Africa, and has been an intuitive guide through various modalities with certifications in Yoga, Life Coaching, Reiki, Hypnosis, Tai-Chi and Master Esthetics. She specializes in teaching hatha, yin, and restorative yoga. Her passion is to light the path for self-discovery that activates creativity, authentic connection, healing, and full life expression. Djazia believes that all problems come from disconnection, and it is our mission to commit to our personal self-care practice on and off our mat. She is fluent in English, French, and Arabic, and has worked internationally with royal families, ambassadors, celebrities, and corporate executives.

About Collin David:

Collin originates from the island of Hawaii and is a yoga instructor that blends ancient eastern practices with western fitness and mobility. After a career in engineering, he has given that up to be truly aligned with his passion to serve through movement, breath, and meditation in-order to awaken our superhuman treasures that lie within us all. Collin heavily focuses on intention setting and specializes in a unique style of power/vinyasa yoga combined with tai-chi, qigong, and breathwork. His approach is not to teach, but rather to assist in self-exploration and being in tune with your body by engineering it from inside to out.
