What to expect:
In this hour long workshop you can expect to:
- Gain confidence and body awareness while learning fun yoga-inspired dance choreography.
- Learn a 2-3 minute routine as a large group and have the opportunity to perform in smaller groups or solo.
- The goal is to find freedom in your body and discover your flow through dance.
Sheena has been teaching and exploring movement for over 20 years. Starting with dance as a child and adding many other modalities including Barre, HIIT, CrossFit, Yoga, Pilates, Reformer, Boxing, Cycling, Kettlebells TRX, and more. Her greatest love is pairing choreography with music and making exercise fun.
