Stephany Simonelli

Stephany has been an avid yoga practitioner for 15+ years. She has also been singing her entire life and was a professional singer for 25 years (BFA/ BA), mostly in the Musical Theatre realm, but also aboard international cruise ships. It is a pleasure to have the opportunity to combine her passion for yoga with her passion for music… and with such wonderful soul centered people.

Tina Templeman

Tina’s knowledge of anatomy and physiology by being a massage therapist since 2001, her extensive yoga training since 1997, and her own lived experience of yoga’s power to heal and transform, helps to make her the powerful and evolving teacher that she is. She’s a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2001, Reiki master since 2005, 1200 Hr. Yoga Instructor & Anatomy facilitator plus a continuing education provider through Yoga Alliance. She also has been trained as a QiGong instructor and Shaman training through Shamanic Universe in 2016, plus is a 2 time lululemon ambassador.

Craig Baldwin

Craig has been practicing yoga for decades. To deepen the study of yoga history and philosophy he took teacher training in 2015 at a local heated power vinyasa studio. Practicing and teaching yoga is an integral part of Craig’s spiritual path. His classes are challenging yet fun and meant to elevate everyone’s Body, Mind and Spirit. Craig’s interest in natural medicine led him to receive a Naturopathic Doctor degree from Bastyr University in 1997. He continues to take yoga immersion workshops to advance his own practice and teaching methods. Over the years his inspiration has come from trainings with Desiree Rumbaugh and Andrew Rivin as well as Ana Forrest and Jose Calarco. When Ana and Jose come to town for a workshop you will see Craig backing up Jose on guitar and beating a drum or using shakers while chanting with Jose and Ana during their sacred ceremonies! Before 2020, Lisa Black, founder of Shakti Vinyasa yoga, allowed Craig to develop into the teacher he is today by providing lots of teaching opportunities and mentoring. He also took Restorative Teacher Training with Jodi Boone in 2017. From Power to Slow Flow to Restorative, you will find elements of each of these in his classes. Hope to see you on the mat soon!
