Kirkland Yoga– Power Vinyasa Intro Series
This 8 class series is the perfect launching point for those who have freshly arrived to the practice of yoga and for the yogi who is interested in strengthening their foundational understanding of asana, pranayama and meditation. The series will flow through a curriculum of yoga philosophy, sun salutation A and B, basic postures, breathing practices and meditative seats.
