ABOUT DIKLA KAFKA
I started my yoga journey back in Tel Aviv, my hometown, in 2003, after five years of Korean martial arts practice. I was immediately drawn to the magic and depth of yoga. I practiced Ashtanga, Iyengar, and Sivananda yoga and finished my level 1 Ashtanga training in 2010 while pregnant with my second child.
I teach Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and Hatha yoga. I currently teach at Bala Yoga Kirkland. I have led TT programs since 2017 and advanced trainings and Yoga Philosophy workshops since 2015. In my spare time, I play the violin and practice martial arts.
